By putting our skin in the game with one property it quickly turned to two, and so on – a few years later we have a portfolio that has now tripled because we continue to take action on what we see to be a remarkable opportunity for the high ROI this region offers given our analysis and alignment in the right timing, location and proper development. Whatever your passion, your age, your interest, you can find it here. Cancun was the 80s, Playa del Carmen was the 90s. Today is Tulum. No mega resorts. No spring breakers. Low density, eco friendly housing, amazing cuisine and plenty of culture. At the beach or in the pueblo, you will never run out of phenomenal restaurants and experiences

It is the place to invest Look…. Everyone is going to tell you that. But, we have been all over the world. In fact, between the entire team we haves 123 countries. We decided to settle here and build our lives. We are a fun, active, family-oriented group. And this place attracts that sort of spirit. We made our first investments in personal properties and continued to believe in the beauty and the culture of Tulum. And guess what? We made money doing it.. .

The Train

When we first got here, it was a rough 2 hour ride from the airport after a long plane ride. It was enough to make you not want to come. But when we got here…. Wow. Now, travelers won’t have to make that arduous journey..

El Tren Maya

The Mayan Train is a proposed infrastructure project in Mexico that aims to connect various tourist destinations in the Yucatan Peninsula, including the states of Quintana Roo, Yucatan, Campeche, and Chiapas. The train will connect major cities and tourist destinations such as Cancun, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Merida, Campeche, and Palenque, among others. The Mayan Train will be designed to connect the region’s natural, cultural, and historic heritage sites, making it easier for tourists to explore the area.

The train is expected to have several stops along the route, allowing passengers to disembark and explore different towns and cities, with the aim of promoting sustainable tourism and economic development in the region. The train will also connect with airports, bus stations and other transportation options, making it easy to access and move around the region.

The Mayan Train project is expected to be a major boost to the tourism industry in the region, and also help to promote economic growth and job creation. The Mexican government is funding the project, which is currently under construction and is expected to be operational by 2023.

Because of the low-density initiatives here in Tulum, and the absence of Mega Hotels, vacation rentals are in high demand. And when I say high demand, I mean high demand. Some properties are occupied 75% of the time and return $100K annually before management fees. .
