As Director of Operations, I am responsible for organizing the boots on the ground. I oversee a team that helps maintain our properties and those of our clients. Additionally I over see the various development projects that Claudio and Todd have in progress. I took with Roop on managing all aspect of long term and short term rentals. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis and being thrown in the lagoon by Claudio. , setting company goals and objectives, and ensuring that all of our processes are efficient and effective. I am passionate about helping our team succeed and supporting our clients in achieving their real estate goals.
My name is Ryan Stephens. I am San Diego native who enjoys working with local businesses and non profit organizations. I sold my first house at age 22 and continues to sell homes all over the country and abroad. My passion is helping people find their dream home and income producing investments.
